"He and his team were personable polite and he was clearly very skilled Fixed all the problems with a 80+ double chimney that had been deferred maintenance when we bought the house. "Fine. I was told chimney was metal and didn’t need cleaning. Pretty much paid for absolutely nothing. Would have expected them to go up on the roof and inspect/clean sometime since I paid for it. When a maid comes to a clean house they don’t just leave since it’s clean they clean it more..."
