"Well if the high traffic area of the loft and hallway was treated, the treatment didn’t work because as soon as this area dried, the spots are still visible. Your advertising states “use Coit cleaning, we clean it as good as new” This is not the case."

"I needed some cleaning done on my house, and they had the best price. They came and cleaned everything up really well. There were still things my wife insisted on cleaning herself, but that's just her. Lail's Home Services also included several consultation style advice and maintenance checks, which was incredibly useful as a new homeowner. I swear, between the two of them (husband and wife company), I doubt you need something done that they can't do. Their company is very new, which made me skeptical at first, given that there are so many people out there trying to scam their way into money, but Lail's Home Services was very understanding and willing to work with me."

"Mr. Carter was prompt, courteous and did a wonderful job. I have Berber carpeting and his machine both cleaned and brushed at the same time. Following the cleaning he vacuumed everything. The entire carpet was dry within an hour or so."
