Albert?s man came in at 9:30am. He had the wallpaper and the glue removed by noon, the walls patched (my walls didn?t need much patching) and primed by 2:30pm and the main coat of paint completed by 4:00pm. He didn?t hesitate when I asked him to also paint/freshen up the trim. He even walked in with trim paint in his hand and asked about it before I asked. He did a fantastic job that I refuse to do myself and I do a lot of my own home repair and upgrading. He covered my new cabinets and countertops to protect them. He cleaned everything and left no mess of any kind.
I highly recommend Albert?s team of good hard workers that take the time to do the job right and attention to detail. I?ll be calling them back in a few months to repaint my entire family room. Thank you Albert for the great job.
"From the quote to the finished product everything was flawless. My wife and I have owned several homes over forty years and are extremely fussy when it comes to painting. The quote: Gary arrived promptly and did a thorough inspection of each room as requested. He was refreshingly honest about what did not need to be painted, and consequently we did not spend money on areas that did not really need to be painted. He promptly quoted the agreed upon job, and the quote was very reasonable compared to current market pricing. The prep work: I have done a lot of my own painting in the past and know that properly preparing the surfaces to be painted is most important. They spent at least a day properly repairing and prepping the surfaces before applying paint. The painting: The final paint job was outstanding! Repairs were properly primed and areas that needed it got a second coat, at no added cost to us. Gary and Scott were both excellent at their craft and were skilled at "cutting in" with trim paint without getting any paint on wallpaper, wood trim or floors. When they were done we could not find a single flaw in the areas they painted. No spackled areas or seams were visible, and the painted surfaces were smooth and completely covered. In summary: We are more than pleased with the work SG Painting did. In addition to the work itself, they were prompt, professional and a pleasure to work with. Any future we do we will call SG first. I highly recommend them.
