"I contracted with Francisco at Fj Painting and when he came to do the work, he told me that I didn't tell him about protecting the porch with plastic and that they would sand the windows, posts and porch ceiling because he didn't want to be responsible for water getting on the porch walkway surfaces. I apologized that I had just remembered this and sent him a text message the previous night, to which he gave a thumbs up in reply. I had the plastic cut and ready when Francisco arrived and told him that all he had to do was to duct tape the seams. I also had a couple of questions about how they were going to power wash. I was in a hurry to get to a doctor's treatment and I had to hurry through the instructions and questions. He didn't like this. I apologized but he walked away from the job and said he wasn't going to do it. He was very unprofessional and I would strongly not recommend him."
