"Glen and his team arrived promptly at the agreed-upon time. With in 20 minutes the rooms were prepped and ready to be primed. All furniture and flooring was covered with drop cloths and tarps, the work promptly began. As the crew was about to complete the task we did a visual inspection and I being a perfectionist pointed out some areas of concern, the team quickly and easily fixed the issue and did their own inspection again. The attention to detail coast to coast offers is amazing, Glenn and his workers even trimmed in some sections of the walls that we had not completed prior to their arrival. When we told Glen not to worry about finishing our project he insisted, on the premise that it would take away from the work him and his crew were going to do and then they did not agree with leaving half finished projects. "John Adams was coureous, professional, and did an excellent job.  He was able to succefully get stains out of hard surfaces such as concrete as well as more fragile areas around doors and windows.
I called 101 Building Services about 2 weeks ago.  I reside on the far edge of their area of service.  John said he would have to call me back to find a convenient time to travel for our task.  We were in no hurry, so that was fine.   The 2 weeks delay is the only reason I graded 101 as a "B" in responsiveness.  The day of service he arrived right on time.
We were pleased with the results.  Excellent!  I will certainly plan to use his services in the future.

"Group did a total gut of a master bath for me (photos online). From the demo with hidden problems to install of a walk-in shower, 3RM were great! During the 6 weeks, I was allowed to make suggestions on design, structure, placement without running into interference. Even when finished with the remodel, Joel came back to handle minute issues like shower handle direction and handicap bars. They also came back a couple of weeks laters to demo my back deck and rebuild it, again allowing my input into the construction, which is probably the greatest feature of hiring these guys to do your home repair and build."

He provides a fair estimate and then actually does what he said he would do. I have received lower estimates but had no faith that these bubbas could do quality work. His knowledge of carpentry and construction techniques is high level and he works until the job is done. He also makes helpful suggestions. Most importanrly, I find him to be forthright and honest."
