We received an estimate from the owner on day one and Ray worked with us as we adjusted plans and helped to keep our costs as low as possible. Before signing the contract, Ray covered everything in detail and answered all our questions. Ray introduced the project manager and stopped by often to check on the status. During significant periods (like pouring the concrete slab) Ray was on-site working right along with his team. And what a great team. Very professional and experienced. They really know what they are doing and finished the addition ahead of schedule. The team was punctual, communicated well, kept a clean job site, and the Crew Leader, Chuck K., called each night after the team left to check about any concerns.
