"Custom materials took a while to come in, but the company kept in contact the whole time about where we were in the process. Installation of ten windows and siding along the top floor, soffetting and trim, taking down the gutters and wrapping the wood in aluminum, all done in less than a week. The project lead, Chad Whitmore, was able to answer all of our questions and concerns promptly. Looks great!"

Of the other two companies, Total Construction had the best estimate and the people were so nice. I'm so glad they came out to do the work. Each day they cleaned up behind themselves and made it easy for my family to live in the home even though the work was being done. Everything looks so nice now. Yes, you can screw directly into stucco. Only do so if the item you are installing is a permanent fixture. Drill a pilot hole into the stucco using a masonry or concrete bit, then drive in the screw with a power drill or screwdriver.
