"I cannot say enough good things about this land clearing service! From start to finish, the crew was professional, efficient, and incredibly thorough. They arrived on time with well-maintained equipment and got right to work, treating my property with care as if it were their own. What impressed me most was the attention to detail—not only did they clear the land exactly as requested, but they also made sure to remove debris, smooth out rough areas, and leave the site looking clean and ready for the next stage of my project. Communication was excellent throughout; I always knew what to expect and felt confident in their expertise. Their team worked quickly without cutting corners, and the results far exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing land cleared. They delivered exceptional quality, fair pricing, and true professionalism every step of the way."

"It was great doing business with Darryl. My project was to prepare for a garage build so it was on the smaller side. It was challenging to get anyone to actually look at my lot to give me an accurate estimate. Others were just giving me generic estimates based on a picture. Darryl showed up and took measurements and provided an accurate estimate. It was less than half as other estimates."

"Jason was prompt and gave me an eta from his GPS before pulling into my driveway. Jason is a very polite young man. He informed me of his recommendations on which trees must be trimmed or fully eliminated. I recommend Stonehouse Creek Land Management for any tree removal and trimming."

Digging a well can cost between $20 and $25,000, depending on your needs. If you’re looking to dig a well yourself, all you need is a shovel. If you’re looking to have a well drilled by a professional, you can expect to pay around $15 to $30 per foot. The total cost of drilling a well will average to $5,500.

Chipmunks dig their burrows about three feet deep and up to 30 feet long. The entrances can be two inches wide or more. Chipmunks are fiercely protective of their burrows and use them to protect the nuts and seeds they gather for the long winters.

Hardscaping often requires preparation of the ground in the area where the feature is being installed. This can include digging, compacting, and leveling the soil, ensuring adequate drainage, and removing any existing plants. The extent of preparation needed will depend on the type and size of the hardscaping feature being installed.

A joint utility trench, or joint trench, is a long, buried ditch on a property that contains two or more utility lines rather than running the lines in multiple trenches. Some utilities, like gas and electric or electric and communication lines, are better suited to joint trenching, while others, like water and sewer, are not allowed to be in the same trench.

Yes. A metal detector is one of the quickest and easiest ways to find your septic tank. However, metal detectors can be too expensive (costing upward of $300 in some cases), and not everyone has a metal detector just lying around. If that’s the case for you, you can also take a long metal rod and poke it into the ground at regular intervals until you hit something—likely your septic tank lid.
