They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

Emily returned my call within the hour, and we scheduled a time for later on the same day. Zack & Emily arrived promptly and took notes on what I needed completed. They worked up the estimate and emailed me the itemized list with the price for each job (for labor and materials). I hired him immediately because he had been so reliable and polite. He did an excellent job on installing a new outlet on my front porch ceiling, removing and replacing the PVC metal on three of my exterior window ledges, and mounting a heavy blanket rack inside the house for me. He finished these jobs in a day and then 30 minutes on another day (Thanksgiving interrupted us lol). He did an excellent job on all projects, was always on time, cleaned up, and was always so polite and friendly. He did not waste time. I will definitely hire him again!! I highly recommend him!"
