"Terrible. Pool started in March of 2024. Still not done. Nothing but empty promises. Pool was installed 2? uneven and patio was laid out so rain water runs in to pool. If it rains 1? we get 2 inches in the pool. The pool needs to be lifted and leveled which means new patio, be sod, reconnect plumbing and new fence. I paid for pool in cash and contractors are still texting me asking for payment because they never got paid. My water feature looks terrible, my pool skimmer was cut out crooked so faceplate will never attach and my pool equipment pad was built up on a sandcastle and is now collapsing. Do research on this company. Check for people who really had him install a pool. I wish I used a different company."

I checked 5 of his references beforehand and worried that they had all been bribed to give such glowing reviews but they were right! He showed up for every appointment right on time, was extremely informative and patient bringing samples and explaining options. This is the first construction project (of many) where we left town for the duration of the job; no regrets. Mike sent pictures throughout the process and called regularly with progress reports. Unfortunately, there was one critical oversight during the construction which, when discussed with Mike, he acknowledged was his misunderstanding and proceeded to spend a substantial amount of time, energy, and labor to make it right, never a grumble. The results were as good as we had hoped, perhaps better. Can't recommend Mike enough."

"Our neighbor in the condo below ours reported water leaking into the ceiling of her kitchen. We contacted RotoRooter Fayetteville (aka Kowkowski Plumbing) to detect and repair the source of the leak. Jay Jackson arrived (late) on 6/16/2022. He inspected our neighbor's kitchen ceiling as well as every plumbing fixture in our unit (kitchen sink, dishwasher, all of the bathroom fixtures and connections in the laundry room). He could not find any standing water or evidence of a leak in our condo so he contacted his office for additional assistance. His supervisor and additional technicians responded. After reviewing the situation they decided the only way to find the leak would be to: "remove ceiling in downstairs apt to find leak from apt above". It was the end of the day and we were told that before any work could/would be done they required a deposit of $2500 up front. Work would not begin until the following afternoon (6/17/22) at the earliest. When Jay Jackson arrived on that date he wanted me to sign an open ended contract with multiple blank (incomplete) sections that referred to binding terms on a water mitigation agreement (supposedly attached). The mitigation agreement had never been proposed, discussed or reviewed. It was not attached nor was one available. Jay Jackson could not answer any questions. His supervisor (Michael?), was upset by my questions and unwilling to give me an explanation for performing "restoration work" before locating and repairing the leak. He was rude, argumentative and forgot he was dealing with a consumer of the product his business provides. At this point we decided to exercise our perogative to employ a different plumber. We informed Jay of our decision. We also contacted his office. We asked them to refund our deposit, less any service charge for their inspection ($218.28!!!), which had not been quoted previously. Buyer beware! Not all franchise companies stand up to the service you expect with "name recognition". We cannot, in good faith, recommend this company."
