  I received my quote shortly after BK roofing came to give me an estimate. It was comparable to other companies, but I chose BK because they were easy to communicate with, understood my concerns and could complete the work within two weeks of giving an estimate. The crew arrived on time and completed the work within a few hours. The employees worked well together and answered all the questions I had. A few weeks after installation I noticed a very small leak at one of the seams. I contacted BK roofing and the owner himself came to address the problem. He was kind, easy to talk to and eager to make sure the job was done correctly and that I was happy with the work. I would 100% hire Brandon and his company to do work for me again and I have given his name to several people looking for roofing and gutter services

  They are very professional and honest! We had water intrusion into basement from wall during recent heavy rain storm. I contacted Falcone (they were on recommended service provider list of our subdivision) and Sharese got back to me very quickly. Communication was very smooth and professional as she scheduled me for an inspection. The technician Walter was friendly and did a professional inspection, after which he determined that the issue is the gutters dumping water on the ground by the basement. He didn't recommend any work be done in the basement. I truly appreciated his professionalism and honesty. If I ever have issues with the basement, I will call Falcone in a heartbeat! Thank you

  I paid $2500 to have Leaf Filter Gutter guards installed. After one year, I can see the pine needles and leaves sitting on top of the filter and accumulating. They are not blowing off like the slick salesman said they would. My warranty says "money back, no clog, guarantee" which is not true. They wanted a $95 "service fee" to come out and wipe the debris off the filter. Well, I didn't need to spend a fortune on gutter protection if I pay an annual $95. I would have just forgone the filter and get them cleaned every year for about that price. Expensive waste of money. Don't do it

  It went horribly wrong, he didn't replace the wood or the insulation or add the 27' metal to keep the rain out. So now I'm stuck with soaked insulation, I know because I put a moisture meter in it and it went off the chart. I paid him unfortunately 50% thinking that AB Roofing would come back and follow the contract. But instead, he's getting his lawyer involved. I would not hire AB Roofing, they didn't follow the quote and I'm stuck with the mess and I paid him $1225.00 for the three crappy job they did!!

  I paid Mike Hancock a deposit to do some remodeling to my home. We had a written contract. After over 4 months of run around and NO WORK to my house I ask for my deposit back. He said he would give it back to me but then backed out of refunding me via email. We recently went to court, the judge ruled in my favor and I have a judgement against his company. Have not received my deposit back
