Elian got the job done! We moved in to a new apartment and the place needed some TLC. New floors where installed in the entire apartment needed the floors done this included touching up the molding, painting some rooms and doors, He also did a ceramic white back splash in the kitchen, electrical work in one of the outlets in the kitchen as well, and added a venetian plaster wall design. He works fast and well. I'm very please with the work, it has now been a few months and I would highly recommend. His work ethic is superb. He's very responsible and reliable.

Amazing! From requesting the quote to job done (replacing flood lights on the second story) was less than 24 hours. Very friendly and most importantly, saved me from climbing a 30ft ladder. Would absolutely recommend!

EJ Maintance and cleaning did a phenomenal job! He completed renovated the inside of our house. He did everything from painting, making cabinets, renovating the bathroom, changed out light fixtures, installed doors and frame. You name it, he was able to do it. Great reliable and fast!
