"G I Kleaning (hereafter referred to as GIK) responded very promptly when I requested a quote. They were friendly and courteous and gave me a quote immediately. It was a very fair rate for the services I needed - cleaning a house in preparation for a rental move-in. The house had not been left very clean and there was debris from repairs and upgrades. GIK was able to fit me into their schedule on my first choice day. GIK verified they found the correct address on Maps before we hung up. I met the GIK team at the house. They were on time, friendly and professional. Two members of the team got right to work on the bathrooms while I showed the team leader what needed to be done. They finished the work I requested in the time estimate I had received, but called to recommend I add cleaning the blinds. I was given the cost and agreed to the extra cleaning. I hadn't even thought about the blinds, but the crew was right - the blinds were gross! I came back when they had finished and it was like a new house. The crew had worked miracles on the stained bathtub and shower and the whole house looked shiny and new! And the blinds looked great on both sides. The tenant moved in two days later and told me they were very impressed with the difference a good cleaning made, having only seen it in the midst of repairs. I will definitely give GIK a call when I need housecleaning services again and highly recommend them."
