"Work done involved removing an old asphalt driveway that was cracked and bulging upwards from large tree roots, removing these tree roots, and installing a new concrete replacement driveway. Owner and contractor, Ezequiel Tejeda, provided a written contract and a very reasonable charge for these services. Despite several unforseen and some personal setbacks (truck breakdown, a LOT MORE TREE ROOTS than expected, flat tire, concrete supplier arriving 3 hrs. late), Mr. Tejeda kept the work moving forward to ensure that the buyer would have a driveway completely installed by the verbally agreed upon completion timeline. Mr. Tejeda, his righthand man, Rene, were true professional craftsmen who obviously took pride in providing the client with a top quality finished product that met or exceeded expectations. Mr. Tejeda explained each step of the process as work progressed, the products being used, and why those products had been chosen. The client's approval was sought before proceeding. All workers put in extended hours each day to get the job done in a timely manner, worked hard, and kept the work area and surrounding yard and neighborhood clean and free of trash. "Our old deck had 3 tiers.  Only the upper level needed to be replaced at the time but it was a little tricky because it needed to be tie
into the middle deck which also included a gazebo.  We wanted the awkward circular stairs changed and that presented a real challenge.  Tony and Sherrill worked together with us to come up with a plan that we all thought would work.  They listened to us and advised us well as to what was possible and what was not.  They envisioned some things that we never thought of and as a result we have a completed project which is much better than we could have imagined.   We get many very positive comments from everyone (even people we don't know who happen to be walking down the street and stop to tell us how great it looks).  The project took longer than we anticipated but weather was a major factor for that.  We would definitely recommend Tony to anyone and would no hesitate to call on him again.  Thanks, guys....it was a pleasure doing business with you.
