59 Owner of the company was extremely professional and finished the project in a timely manner all the while being very affordable for the average working man! Quality work for a good price is hard to find contractors like that now a days they are far and few in between! Highly recommend this...

He then rescheduled for Friday, then rescheduled for Saturday, and ultimately for Sunday. Mr. Salter came on Sunday...
The work was performed in a timely matter, with everyone doing the work being very friendly and willing to do exactly everything I wanted done. I would recommend this company to anyone that is needing landscape work whether it is installation or just grounds maintenance.

"thanks to this site, I called Greater Wilm. Structure about a brick house I was buying that had cracked brick and unlevel floors. I assumed I would only (!) need to have that section of the home jacked up and the foundation repaired. Brian returned my call quickly, and met me and my realtor at the house (was a 45 min. drive for him) to give me his opinion and verbal price quote. Many contractors/carpenters would have just focused on the project and the money involved, but Brian wanted to see WHY the house had sunk. He pointed out the major structure issues with the tresses in the attic, joists, as well as other red flags, that would cause problems later. He's a master carpenter and his knowledge, experience (and sense of humor!) was refreshing and valuable. After meeting with him I decided to pull my accepted offer on the home and feel I have saved myself untold amounts of money, stress and frustration. I will definately be hiring this company in the future."
