"Since our last cleaning seven years ago , we had done some remodeling including replacing flooring. The COIT crew arrived on time. They were the most courteous and knowledgable service personnel we have had in years. Did a complete job and showed us the before and after pictures. Beyond debris and dust they found parts of a small styrofoam child's airplane. Since there have not been children in the house for 20+ years, the parts had been there along time. Pleased with the work and will use again."

Most DIY floor cleaners don’t require rinsing, but you’ll want to make sure you don’t add too much dish soap or oil to the cleaner to avoid having to rinse it after cleaning. You can buff out small scratches or indentations from your hardwood floor, but refinishing is your best bet if you have larger areas that need work. Floors in relatively good shape but have lost their luster can be restored with thorough buffing. If your finish has worn off in areas or if you have sun or water damage, you should go with refinishing instead.
