"What a professional crew! These four men showed up every day at 9 am sharp, and worked hard all day, until they got done what they needed to do for the day. The foreman, Kris, was an expert with that excavator! He was kind and kept me well informed throughout the process. The other members of the team, Brandon, Tracy and Garrett, were also knowledgeable and helpful. All of the men were all respectful and polite, never a hint of foul language or anything inappropriate, which was wonderfully refreshing, and noticed. They competently installed the new tank and the full drain field, never leaving me without septic availability or water overnight. "Expert plumber Terry came to our home to repair what I thought might be a couple of faulty toilet tank valves and a leaky hose bib. As things turned out, both toilet needed replacing, along with the backyard hose bib and pipe. Terry did an excellent job, answering all my questions. His work was speedy, meticulous, and thorough. All his explanations were easy to understand, including estimates and billing. I also appreciated his courtesy, conscientious attention to detail, and his good cheer! By the way, I needed an emergency sewer pipe repair shortly after moving into our current home in 2017 (of course this happened on a weekend).
