"They came in on time and went to work. They cleaned all of the flex duct and vacuumed them out. Then they cleaned the unit and the main supply as well as sanitized the supply system. They went inside and vacuumed the return duct and sanitized it. The fan was turned on to circulate the chemical throught the entire system. They were professional and cleaned up any mess. I am very pleased with what was done."

Grout Tile Cleaners questions, answered by experts

To clean grout, you must know what your tile can handle. Ceramic and porcelain grout do well with acidic cleaners or a baking soda paste made with warm water, but stone floors require less aggressive cleaners meant for stone surfaces.

To clean the grout, apply the cleaner to a toothbrush, scrub the grout, and then wipe the entire area clean with a damp towel.

If you are wondering how to get rid of mold in your shower or bathroom, substances like dish soap, vinegar, hydrogen peroxide, and rubbing alcohol all can potentially do the job. You also could create a mixture of bleach and water to remove the mold, but be very careful never to mix bleach with other cleaning agents. Only mix bleach with water. Exposing bleach to other cleansers could cause a release of extremely dangerous chlorine gas.

Whether you tip before or after a carpet cleaning depends on when you’re available. If you’re home when they finish up, you can give them their tip after. However, if you need to leave before they’re done or if you won’t be home at all, you can prepare the tip beforehand and leave it for them in an envelope.

Regular cleaning and sealing are recommended to protect the tiles and grout and maintain their appearance and functionality over time.

No, you cannot use bleach on Dekton. Avoid harsh chemicals when cleaning and treating Dekton. Such chemicals are unnecessary since Dekton is highly stain-resistant and nonporous. Instead, use a mild solution of water and soap or vinegar when cleaning your Dekton countertops and dry thoroughly with a clean cloth.
