"Exterior paint for 1,500 sq ft single story house. Contractor provided an estimate site unseen. The estimate was very high, which was OK if a follow up site visit would result in a more accurate estimate based on measurements. I provided pictures of the house as requested. Got a revised, slightly lower estimate, still very high. Finally got them to set up an appointment but once they found out I had another painter also coming to provide an estimate they said they weren't coming out to measure but would do the job at the significantly higher price already provided."

This was a difficult job - 3 story house, bevel cedar siding and shakes, steep roof covered in solar panels, multiple gables, 4 different colors. Dario and his team are pros - hard working, skilled, pay attention to detail, never cut corners, took care of the little things that make a difference, e.g. cleaning, surface prep, masking, drop cloths to protect surfaces. "I hired Hernandez Landscaping & Tree Service to remove 5 of the largest pines trees I’ve ever seen from my yard. They also cut down a huge messy oak tree and a 2 large sweet gum trees. They finished the job in just two days (Friday & Saturday) and were very efficient. They returned a 3rd day just to make sure all of the debris was removed and the yard was safe for mowing. I will hire these 5 guys again! Their equipment did no damage to my yard or my septic tank. I want them to come grind the stumps next week! They will beat anyone’s quote to get your job done."
