"I called Five Star Bath Solutions to remodel my master bath, take out my shower/tub combo and install a walk in shower with seat b/c I just had back surgery. "Arrived quickly and on time. Had to return next day to complete work. Explained what was to be done, in order of increasing cost. Total of five hours on project, two by professional plumber and three by assistant. Cost reasonable, especially in comparison to cost of possible pipe replacement. Everyone was very polite. Would hire again."

"Getting a walk in tub is expensive no matter who you use. My experience thus far is with installation only and I must say my install went great. It has been over a month and no issues with my tub so I cannot comment on repair process with American Standard."
