It was an obvious problem with a simple solution. I explained to Marc what the situation was and he quoted an approximate cost.  When the tech came, he came up with a slightly higher number, but not enough to be concerned about.  He completed the job in a timely manner, was neat about enlarging the hole that I started in my wall and did not leave a mess on my garage floor.  The tech also gave me a rough estimate for some more work I want to do in the future.  Due diligence will be done, but all things being equal or close enough, I will hire MI Electric in the future. 

I gave a B grade for responsiveness because I had to follow up with Marc after not hearing from him when we agreed would be a good time.  Marc answered my call and got a tech to me in less than an hour and the job was completed approx. 24 hrs. after our first contact.  Great recovery!

"Water damage in my garage was traced to bad joints in the mortar of my brick chimney. I called Courtney's Masonry, Doug came and looked at the problem a few days later. I asked him to repoint the chimney as neccessary and also to repoint some mortar on the steps to the front door. The price he quoted seemed reasonable and Doug said they would do the job when the weather got warmer. A few days later he called to say they would be round the next day. The work was completed in a few hours."
