It was an obvious problem with a simple solution. I explained to Marc what the situation was and he quoted an approximate cost.  When the tech came, he came up with a slightly higher number, but not enough to be concerned about.  He completed the job in a timely manner, was neat about enlarging the hole that I started in my wall and did not leave a mess on my garage floor.  The tech also gave me a rough estimate for some more work I want to do in the future.  Due diligence will be done, but all things being equal or close enough, I will hire MI Electric in the future. 

I gave a B grade for responsiveness because I had to follow up with Marc after not hearing from him when we agreed would be a good time.  Marc answered my call and got a tech to me in less than an hour and the job was completed approx. 24 hrs. after our first contact.  Great recovery!

"Project went off without a hitch.  Doug the owner was quick and responsive from the time I contacted him for an estimate until the time the project was completed.  I was impressed with the professionalism, quality of work and knowledge Doug and his crew showed to make sure the job was done right.  They kept their work area clean while on site and paid great detail to match the motoar since we have a older home from the early 1900s.They were very friendly and outgoing.
