"Dustin did an OUTSTANDING job by installing all of the curtains and special rods which came with the installation. He made adjustments with all the curtains and kept me informed on each stage of the installation. Dustin also installed a grab bar in our masterbathroom. He completed the job in a timely, professional fashion. He has a wealth of experience too! We highly recommend Dustin James Home Repairs for all your odd jobs in and around your home."

"My wife had the glorious idea of building a field stone patio and to install trex on our deck. Job was done and exceeded my expectations! Wonderful field stone laid, grout, and to the precise dimensions we specified. The trex was installed and was a color match to our specifications and no screw holes! I highly recommend!!!"

"Highly recommend. I had several repairs needed around my house. Gault met with me within one day, carefully reviewed all of my items, and provided thoughtful perspectives. I expressed that one repair was particularly urgent and Gault worked with me to have the work performed the very next day. The work was done with very high quality and professionalism. I am very satisfied and look forward to potential future engagements. The urgent work we had done was replacing a load bearing 6x6 leg on my screened-in porch."

"Joe was extremely outgoing and friendly on first meeting. He was very meticulous and conscientious in his approach to the repairs. Not only was his work outstanding he was extremely fair in repair costs. I would hire him again in a heart beat. You can't go wrong in hiring ROI Rennovations."

"Large deck project, re-build/replacement of railing boards and flooring. Nathan and his assistant were outstanding. Nathan was very respectful, thorough in his descriptions of work being done. Organized in materials ordering and on-site placement; excellent clean-up at end of each day. Communicated via phone and text in timely manner, good follow-up to my questions. Worked parts of two days in pouring rain and very hot temps to keep things moving. I recommended him to my two neighbors. R3 is “customer service” in action! Very refreshing experience. Plan to use again. Thanks, Nathan."

"Needed fencing installed to keep groundhogs from taking up residence under our deck. Brady came up with a creative and complete solution that made sure the varmints were out and would not return. Would use again."

"We hired Abe to build custom cabinets and shelves for our living room. From beginning to end, it has been a very pleasant experience and we are very satisfied with the quality and design of our cabinets. I would highly recommend him."

"He is very professional and trustworthy."

"Absolutely OUTSTANDING.
Owner Jeff is the ultimate professional.  Completely knowledgeable, flexible, punctual, patient, while being very personable.
Over the decades here in New Bern, I have interviewed and hired dozens of various contractors.  Most, quite honestly, are not worth the powder to blow away.  Case in point, another outfit gave an estimate for this job.  Verbally, they quoted three times as much as Jeff.  Then they promised a follow-up written estimate.  That was the last we heard from those jokers.
Two thumbs up for AdvantaClean and Jeff.
