We went over everything that was to be done and verified all the locations around the house. Edwin and Taylor the other team members got to work right away. Jonathan took beginning, unprocessed and completed photos and videos. The team cleaned up the worksite beautifully. "I cancelled a job I put a deposit of $10,826.95 down for because the sale of my home fell through. I cancelled on June 13th and I still haven't received my refund as of 8/19. We have reached out on 3 separate occasions. My wife and I have been told different stories by different people as to what happened, but not much of it is adding up. "Our experience What a nightmare This company was to deal with. Every step had issues from the wrong shape of the pool to the driveway that was majorly damaged and not fixed. They brought dirt in with broken glass and garbage in. We had to physically pick up the glass and trash so we could have the new sod. They left 6 feet of dirt in the yard that was starting to slide in the water. The project manager said that he wasn’t a project manager, so dealing with him was horrible. He was so rude all the time. He had no idea of what was happening. The workers would ask my husband what they were supposed to do and luckily he could communicate in Spanish. We managed the workers ourselves. What a nightmare and not worth it."

"I wanted to share an experience I had with Sperling Concrete recently that might help folks looking for a company in the Lake Norman area to do concrete work for them. I had Norm Sperling replace my entire driveway for me last year. I was very happy with the work they did. Fast forward over a year and I had the manhole for my water line that was located in the middle of the driveway crack. I reached out to Norm and told him about my problem and he went out of his way to find a replacement box (because it was not the normal size) and he and his team dug up the damaged area, replaced the box, and re-cemented the area so this won't happen again. I would recommend Norm and Sperling concrete to anyone!"
