"Working with Miguel was a great experience. When I called to make the appointment, the receptionist was very helpful and friendly. This was my first experience with a dry cleaning process so I had some questions that they answered thoroughly. Miguel showed up to clean the carpets right on time. The process was relatively quick and gave great results! My carpets had not been cleaned in 5 years. We had no major stains, but they were showing signs of wear. The cleaning process brought the carpets back to life and made them look and smell fresh and clean. I plan to start having them cleaned on an annual basis, and this is the company I'll be using."

"The tile in bathroom shower had a thick coating (scum) on the bottom that I was unable to remove.  Also some of the tiles were cracked and needed new grout placed between them. He removed several of the tiles on the floor along the seam where water had gotten beneath and did necessary repair.  He was meticulous with the quality of his work and did not take breaks.  He was punctual and very responsive to any questions or suggestions.  He also applied grout along the back of my kitchen counter where it had loosened and where it met the backsplash.  He worked nonstop for a day and a half and charged only $375.00 for the shower restoration (looks like a new shower) and $40.00 for the kitchen work.  He was aIways professional and I  definitely would use him again in the future.

Floor Polishers questions, answered by experts

Yes, but with caution. A floor grinder is intended to level and polish concrete, so it is a very powerful tool. To remove paint, the floor grinder should be set to 35 square feet per minute or less to minimize the pressure without the use of pocket weights. You might need to go over the surface two times to get any paint that has sunk into the concrete’s pores.

If you’re cleaning or repairing laminate floors, avoid anything abrasive like heavy-grit sandpaper or steel wool. Because the image layer is protected by a topcoat, the image layer is more vulnerable to scratches and damage if the topcoat is damaged. And if the image layer is scratched, it can reveal the wood fiber core.

To properly maintain natural stone surfaces, use pH-neutral cleaners for regular cleaning and avoid acidic substances that can cause damage or etching. It is also important to reseal the surfaces periodically, especially for porous stones, to protect the finish, maintain appearance, and ensure longevity.

To maintain wood floors, sweep them regularly and mop using wood-safe cleaners. To protect the floors from wear and extend their lifespan, you should apply a sealant periodically and refinish them when needed.

You can use dish soap mixed with warm water to clean just about any type of flooring, and while vinegar is a great addition to some floor cleaners, it’s not a good idea to use it on wood flooring or engineered wood flooring. Vinegar is very acidic, and it can gradually eat away at the protective finish on wood floors. If you’re cleaning laminate, tile, concrete, or vinyl floors, feel free to use vinegar and water in a 1-to-1 ratio with a few drops of dish soap. For wood floors, substitute the vinegar for olive oil.
