"There was a section of vinyl caulk that was installed between the backsplash and the counter. The caulk was old and deteriorated and became dis colored and did not cure. Since the problem was caused by the initial installation, Granite Transformation should have corrected the work under warantee. In fact, they want to charge me a service call. Since they did not stand behind their work, I would not recommend them. I had to call them back to repair plumbing problems, They failed to plug in the refrigerator completely. Beautiful job, but for &7,000 they should stand behind their work

"The work was done in less than a week. Everything was left very clean at the end of each day. We were very happy about the job that was done. I called Re-Bath about a leak we had from that bathroom on Monday, Robert from the company came out today and checked everything out and determined that it was a pipe leak. Although this was not a problem with the Re-Bath products or installation, he was very friendly and very helpful with guiding me on what to do next. "Julian and Mark did a fantastic job at my home! Julian came out to do the quote the same day I contacted him to inquire about his services. I was dealing with cracking grout and tile from a faulty installation job that was done before. Julian provided me with option ranging from replacing the grout and the cracked tiles (cheapest) or replacing the tile entirely (most expensive but most guaranteed). I chose to replace the tile in its entirety since I will be renting the house out soon and I do not want the tenant to have to deal with it. Julian and Mark took their time and meticulously demolished and installed the new backer board, tile and grout. During the installation Julian discovered that my kitchen floor was not level in a couple places, he took his time to tediously level the floors so that the installation was aesthetically and structurally sound. Julian did not charge me a dime over what his estimate was even after discovering the issue with the structure. During the installation (3 days) I had to leave him and is coworker unattended in my house for several hours and I had NO ISSUES trusting him to do so! My wife and I are very pleased with his work and will continue to use him for our general contracting needs, we also highly recommend him for any flooring work."

"Mr. Cash (Randy) was prompt on getting here. I actually got same day service when I called, he was aready working in my area. He showed me my problem, which I already knew and he left and went and got me garbage disposal and installed me and gave me some very helpful hints on dishwasher and my disposal. I felt very comfortable with him and would definately recommed him. The other handyman/plummer that I called on Craigs list said that they would call me back with estimated estimate and I have yet to hear from them. If you need anything in the repair line I would call Mr. Cash.
