"My mother asked to have a deodorizer put down with the rugs being cleaned. They said they did put it down. My mother's sense of smell is somewhat gone so she couldn't tell if they did or didn't. I got home about an hour later and I couldn't smell any deodorizer on the rugs. My mother was very impressed by the energy and the work ethics of the short haired employee, Tina?"
