"The work was outstanding. When removing old concrete they discover it was not filled properly and had to order more gravel. They were very professional. Arrived on time and stayed until job was completed. The cement truck was 4 hours late and they stated until 10 PM to complete the job."

"Just went through a month of set-backs due to rain after having the original concrete removed and Argo (Johnny), and his team were there through the worst and best of times. Yes, pressure washers can remove rust stains from concrete. However, when coupled with an acid treatment, they can be even more effective. Just be sure to use a minimum of a 15-degree nozzle to prevent damage to the surface, and users must also be careful not to get in the way of the pressure washer’s jet as they can cut through skin and cause injury.

Not pressure washing your driveway can lead to several consequences that affect both its appearance and its structural integrity over time:

  • Safety Hazards: The buildup of algae, moss, and mildew creates slippery surfaces. When wet, it increases the risk of slips and falls for you, your family, and visitors.  

  • Structural Damage: Dirt, debris, and organic growth can trap moisture against the driveway's surface. In colder climates, this moisture can freeze and thaw, leading to cracks and deterioration of the concrete or asphalt.

If your epoxy application ended up a bit messy and left spills behind, there are several ways to clean epoxy off of a concrete floor. You can use a power washer with at least 3,000 PSI. However, it may be easier to use a scraping tool or an acidic cleaner, like vinegar, to remove unwanted epoxy. 

If the entire floor has epoxy and you want to remove just excess epoxy stains, these methods could still strip parts of the epoxy floor. Move carefully and in small areas to minimize damage, or call a pro for an expert finish.

If there is standing liquid on your concrete, remove it before attempting any of the above cleaning methods. For small amounts of water, use rags, a bucket, and a mop. For larger areas of liquid, lay down cat litter or baking soda to soak up the water first. If you have extremely large pools of water sitting on your concrete, break out the wet vac and get to work.
