"They were extremely professional, they stayed on schedule and kept us informed over the entire process. the project was installing a 27-foot-wide wall with 12-foot height, they color matched perfectly to the two new rooms. They were so great that we have already bringing them back for another project. I DEFINITELY RECCOMMEND!! The only downside, they are so good, that they couldn't fit me in sooner due to the schedule. But they are worth the wait!! Also, I got 4 quotes for this project, 3 from Angi List 1 from an old company the business used in the past. They were the best value pricing. and the time and detail on the quote was the best by far and were really close to our expected cost."

During that year, we had multiple conversations with him regarding the scope of our project, and he was as willing to contract the scope as to expand it. "Excellent, professional service and quality. George came out within a few days of being called to do an estimate. He was 1 of 3 estimates as this was an insurance claim. Once we decided to use Smith Home Improvements, we called George. He gave us his estimate on July 27 ,2017. He scheduled the job for 8/7/17. He & his help arrived early on 8/7/17. Started the roofing job. They completed the job in 2 days. Finished by early afternoon on 8/8/17. Did full clean up. This was the 2nd time we have used SHI. Back in Oct 2016, just before the Hurricane hit our area, he came out as an emergency call to patch one section of our old roof. He called us back prior to coming out to see if OK for him to come out after dark to do the repair. We agreed as he said he had lights and wanted to make sure we had our repair before the storm came. He did the repair for less than $200, using his own materials. We are hoping to get George back this summer to do some remodeling work."
