"Working with Father & Son Ceramic tile was a wonderful experience! Hal was very open with communication and made sure we knew what was happening each step of the way. They were professional, courteous, and were very efficient. They came when they said they would and completed the remodel of two showers quickly and with great attention to detail. We had 2 showers that had vintage tiles, but the walls behind them needs to be rebuilt . I was crushed at having to lose the vintage feel, but they really helped talk through the shower design and their input allowed us to preserve some of the original tiles to mix in with new. They created showers that are not only functional and working perfectly, but they look wonderful and as if they have always been in our vintage bathrooms. They really helped us keep the vintage feel and it meant the world to me that they were so thoughtful and willing to take the time to do so. We are beyond thrilled and will hire them again in a heartbeat!"

"The employee arrived I payed to have tile steamed cleaned. When cleaning the tub he grabbed me and stated that he was keeping me from falling. I was not falling and told him I was fine. He kept a hold of me. I stood up and told him I was going to get in tub and finish scrubbing. He asked me later on to come in and inspect his work. Which I did not find unusual. As I was leaving bathroom he grabbed my hips and rubbed into me. I said that was quite enough. He asked if that excited me a little bit. I told him no and he needed to stop me right now. He asked if he could do the bathroom for $20.00, I accepted it. He went to clean second bathroom. I even had my husband aware that I was uncomfortable and may need someone to be with me. He asked if I wanted to inspect it. I said no. He said that they did carpets to. He stated to call the company and to set an appointment when my husband is not home. I let him know my husband is always home. I feel very satisfied with interaction of owner when addressing my poor experience with the technician. He couldn't of been nicer, he called me right back. He did not excuse the behavior he apologized and the issue has been addressed by the company. This will not happen with anyone else due to the employee was let go. I have based my grades on the owner's response and how he handled this issue. I would use them again because he stated he would personally do the work."

"There was a section of vinyl caulk that was installed between the backsplash and the counter. The caulk was old and deteriorated and became dis colored and did not cure. Since the problem was caused by the initial installation, Granite Transformation should have corrected the work under warantee. In fact, they want to charge me a service call. Since they did not stand behind their work, I would not recommend them. I had to call them back to repair plumbing problems, They failed to plug in the refrigerator completely. Beautiful job, but for &7,000 they should stand behind their work
