"Amazing! The exterior siding replacement turned out to be a bigger job than anticipated because of the flammable materials Billy found underneath the old cedar siding. As soon as he made the discovery, he shared his concerns about leaving the old wrap on the house and discussed viable options with us. The change added time and labor to the job, but they quickly rescheduled the next job and made sure to complete all of our work before moving on. The kitchen/bath remodel was floor & countertop replacement and cabinet painting. Billy did a wonderful job, keeping both the kitchen and bathrooms as functional as possible during the process. He double checked all incoming products, catching poor workmanship on one of the countertops and rejecting them on our behalf at the store. After working with Sunrise Remodeling again, I am already considering future jobs for them. They are professional, timely, and communicate well. They are a joy to work with!"

"I purchased the "deal" that provided the use of two painters for a day.  Because of the prep work, all of the painting could not be finished in one day.  I then paid for a second day.  But, they were still unable to complete all of the work.  The small toilet area was not painted at all nor were the skylights.  Mike, overall, did an excellent job because he is an excellent painter.  He is also a clean painter in that he cleans up the work area and doesn't leave a big mess at the end of the job.   He has a positive, "can do" professional attitude, along with a desire to please the customer.  I was just disappointed that they were unable to complete the job in a two day time period. So, in order to get the project finished, I will now have to pay for a third day.  Maybe I'm being unreasonable, but I think two painters ought to be able to paint a bathroom and a bedroom in two days. 
I will continue to use Mike and his company for my painting needs because he is a great painter.  But, for future reference, I will get a better understanding of the length of the job and the total cost of the job before beginning.

"It was awesome, he was so amazing and I cannot say enough about him.  I am planning on doing a lot more to our house and Donald Evans can do much more than painting, he does carpentry, painting, roofing etc, he does not give himself enough credit, a very humble man, he takes so much pride with his work and expects his workers to be the same way and have strong work ethic, I have to say that I found things for Donald to do just because of his work and the quality of it.  
I have already planned for him to rebuild our deck and roof our house as soon as I can, I have sent people to him and advised them that I would put my name down to let them know how much, he impressed me.  I often can find something about someone that is not right, but not with him.  Today, he finished up the inside of my house and I already miss him.
