"One of my rental homes needed electrical attention before an inspector would agree to come in. It was an emergency situation and Matt was very helpful. I originally called him after hours and was pleasantly surprised that I was able to talk to him. He patiently listed to my situation and came the next day first thing in the morning. Not only was our service person (Brandon) friendly and knowledgeable, but I found the company to be a bit more reasonably priced than another company that I'd contacted previously. I also appreciated that they weren't trying to sell me any kind of a service contract.
