"I had a relatively small project involving gravel delivery, and in the course of discussion they learned I was needing to pick up railroad ties. They offered to save me the trouble by picking up and delivering the ties along with the gravel. I consider this extremely excellent customer service, especially considering the small nature of the service request! In addition, they came in at a far lower price than competitors - (& they provided the convenience of picking up the railroad ties!) Caleb, who made the delivery was especially helpful and professional! If I have any other landscaping need, I will be sure to go to them, and only them!"

He has a wonderful eye for exterior aesthetics and has been helpful in assisting me with ideas to make my large yard more low maintenance while maintaining an inviting appearance. John is able to identify plants and what plant works best in a setting. He has completed tree/shrub trimming, mulching, weeding, plant removal, site preparation for a new shed and much more. In addition to landscape and hard-scape he has demonstrated some wonderful woodworking skills. John beautifully executed my design for a mailbox and waste bin â garageâ . We worked together on refining the design detail and the results exceeded my expectations. His pricing is reasonable and estimates are usually right on target. "WARNING- do NOT hire Ecoscapes or Matthew Sloop: This company, Ecoscapes at 9330 Boylston Hwy in Mills River, NC is committing FRAUD. The man who currently runs this company, Matthew Sloop, has stolen a $1925.00 deposit from us. On 3/7, as he stood on our property, we venmoe'd him our deposit for agreed upon landscaping work and he said he would be back the next morning, 3/8, to start work. He did not show up for work on 3/8, and the excuses and delays kept coming, so we canceled services. Matthew agreed to return our deposit on 3/25. However, he instead stopped responding to any of our attempts to communicate. This man has no ethical issues stealing people's hard earned money. He did not do any work for us. He has been sent & emailed a professional demand letter to give our money back by 4/19 or we will be pursuing action to the fullest extent of the law. I am sorry to have to write this review, but I don't want anyone else in our community to be taken advantage of."
