"The representative who initially came to the house to explain BDry's procedure was very courteous and professional. I received a quote on the spot. I had two other companies come out (one company did not even bother to get back to me with an estimate). Each company had a different opinion of what needed to be done and BDry's procedure was the least invasive and made the most sense. The team who actually did the work was very courteous and stayed until the job was done - a 12 hour process. (That was one question I didn't think to ask - approximately how long would it take) They communicated with us throughout the day, for example they asked where we wanted the sump pump to drain, instead of just making the decision. "This is the second time I have hired a drainage contractor. The company before Sealtech buried about 50 concrete pavers in the trench while I was away at Lowes. Needless to say I did not call them back. Sealtech sent a three man crew out. They dug up the sod (Bermuda) and saved it to put back. Then they hand dug a trench about 200 feet. They cut out four feet of concrete very neatly, then installed a 4-inch schedule 40 PVC pipe (the thick stuff), not the corregated black junk. They captured one gutter and installed a drain basin where water would mass during heavy rain. The crew did not damage any utilities during the entire process After they filled in the trench and placed the sod back you could hardly tell anything was done. I can say I am highly satisfied. I cannot wait for the first heavy rain."

"If I could give more stars I would!! Billy and his team are knowledgeable, fast, kind and affordable. They know what they are doing and truly care about the work that they do. We have an older home and have had quite a few plumbing issues in the past, but thanks to Appius plumbing I don't worry about ever having another plumbing issue again. They were able to replace all of our old pipes under the house, remove and install a new water heater, and fix our outside faucets in less than a day! Appius plumbing is the real deal. "Vendor install a Honeywell 7200 series thermostat in my new home, but I decided to upgrade to a 6580 WiFi unit. I did all the work myself but couldn't get the A/C to work. I called Honey well who referrred me to Enhanced Heating and A/C. I called them at 3:45 PM on a Friday afternoon and got a live person who said someone will call me back after I presented the problem I had. Around 4 PM I got a call from Sean who helped me out with the wiring and the A/C is now working."
