We provide our own cleaning materials with the exception of the vacuum. It is better to use a vacuum that is already on the premises for health reasons. Payment is due upon completion of a job. However, if you are living out of state and own a property here that you are renting, we will send you a bill via email. Payment must be received within 10 business days or a $10 late fee applies.
