"I was happy with an initial quote, but I should have asked for more detail for what *I will get it all fixed* meant. Bathtub had a leak, was quoted $1200 to fix it and get it all right. They repaired pipes but not the leaks in the tub (shower head and knobs leaked a lot). So when I asked why he did not fix the leaks in the bathtub, because I thought he said he would fix it all, he said that was not part of fixed the leaks in the tub. He ended up saying he would repair the knobs and it wouldnstop leaking for free because of how he worded his quote. He pulls them knobs off and comes to me and says they are so old and wont go back on. I now have to pay $600 to replace the knob/showerhead system. I am left with no choice since he had taken it off and said it would not go back."

Chris and Matt tore out the old tub and surround, put in backer board and replaced the feeder lines for the water the first day. They were timely and very neat. Chris and Matt returned the following day and installed a beautiful shower and even repaired the floor where the tub jutted out and the shower wouldn't cover. I had the needed floor sections. Everyone I worked with at Luxury Bath was wonderful and they followed up with my lifetime warrantee.
