"Using AuctionZip for Klein's auction on May 16, 2020, I bid on a number of items. The online system showed I was the winning bidder on 4 items, at the close of the lot and at the end of the whole auction. The next day I was told I did not win these lots. I was planning on using these items for presents, and would have continued to bid if provided the right information. Clearly there was a failure with the web system that Klein's auction uses. When talking to Klein's auction no satisfaction or recourse was provided. I would strongly recommend not using online bidding with Klein's auction."
