"Evolution design worked with me on designing and addition for a 100 and 5 year old house. We worked on the dimensions of the addition Plus the materials. Evolution understood the local zoning which was amazing that they knew that. We have not started construction. And evolution can help pull the permits and I'm considering them for that as well. All in all it was a long project but it was done efficiently, working with several of the staff an the departments."

Very well.  I feel so comfortable about the stability of my home.  Jim, the owner of the company, was always looking for the best and most reasonable way to solve a problem.  His crew was hard working and came to work when they said they would (except for the rainy periods of course).  The house was empty so they stayed at my home (so they could be close to the job) and kept very good care of it.

 It was an expensive repair but I believe I could not have found a better crew for the same price. Since I was out of state much of the time, they kept me informed at every step, which is helpful when you can not be there.
I definitely would recommend them for waterproofing but I was most impressed with their ability to do the structural reinforcement."

"I was really under the gun due to a prior Architectural firm not performing their duties per building plan codes. Not only were the plans incomplete but the City Plan Reviewer states(The Worst plans he’s ever seen) they will not make adjustments unless there is an additional charge for Thousands. Evaluation’s saved my clients and drew our project per code, along with Engineering in less time then they quoted. I highly recommended them, Especially Kirsten. "Earl Hoggard was a really good find for us. After moving in our home we noticed some things that needed repair, a closet door, a dryer vent needed to be installed, and new screen for the back porch. I called Earl, he came right over, was on time every time he said he would be here and if something happened he called and let me know. Things happen but when a person lets you know it makes all the difference. Earls work is excellent, he doesn’t cut corners and shows true pride in his work. When he replaced the door on the screen porch he didn’t like how it fit so, without me saying anything, he got a couple things at the hardware store to make it right. If you need a handyman you would be hard pressed to find a better one. I am happy to now know Earl and I know there will be items that come up where I can use him. His prices are also very reasonable."
