But then I recently discovered what I thought might be "a nest" outside, so I called the office in a panic (thank you Chloe!) Chris came right out and zapped em good. He really went the extra mile to make sure our outdoor kitties were safe & secure beforehand. I can't imagine how spread-thin they must be responding to calls, with warm weather having kicked in so quickly. But he's always patient and thorough. It does not go unnoticed!"
