"I can’t say enough good things about working with Peter Harris. We had a construction emergency and Peter took care of it skillfully and efficiently. Just after we went under contract to sell a family member’s condo, a water leak ruined the flooring and some cabinetry throughout the home. Immediately we struggled to work with the insurance company and find a contractor. Sourcing a reliable craftsman in Bozeman’s market seemed nearly impossible, and if we didn’t get the damage fixed quickly and competently, the water was likely to cause even more damage and we may have lost our buyer. With high praise, our realtor referred us to Peter. We were thrilled when he agreed to take on our job and ecstatic when we saw his work product was above reproach. Working with Peter was a joy, as well. He started the project almost immediately, gathering information for the insurance claim and ordering supplies. "We are one of a handful of new construction purchases (within the last year). During the build process, they were great to work with. Once we closed, all that changed. We have to run space heaters during the winter months (a brand new home) due to the design of the ductwork and Sussex wouldn't lift a finger, we have flooding at the entrance to our property, and once again, Sussex did nothing. We had fixtures in the wrong place, and some were not what we ordered at all, and guess what? they did nothing!!.. As we began to speak with others in the community, we learned of a horrible reputation throughout Helena, as well as, a horrible place to be employed. All in all, stay away from Suxxit construction at all costs. Money is their motivation, not happy families"
