Not a good experience at all. They are messy, prioritized other jobs before ours so never showed up on time, one day stayed til 9pm. They actually caused damage to my floors because of the miscommunication. I just wanted a transition piece installed and they instead took some of my LVP out, cut to size and then grouted to make it fit. Now the floorboards are popping up and chipping off because they arenâ t meant to be installed that way. I had to clean up so many paint splatters and still have work to do to finish the work that they didnâ t. Would NOT hire again.
