"Jim was very helpful and personable to work with. I had recently moved to the Huntsville area and was unable to connect my wireless printer. There were also some things going on with my laptop that made me suspect a virus had somehow gotten on to it, it was running more slowly than usual, and I wasn't happy with the Win7 configuration I had done when I bought the computer. Jim came in and assessed the problems and we agreed on a time for him to take the laptop and reinstall the OS. He was able to get the wireless connection to work as well. He took the computer on a Friday evening and returned it Sunday evening in prime condition. A few weeks later I got an error message while reinstalling my accounting software so I called Jim. He talked me through the problem over the phone and I was able to get the program installed so I could use the program. Jim is great to work with, his pricing is very fair, he is prompt and reliable. "I called AHS and they young lady was very courteous. I explained that my heat pump was producing cold air. She verified the information and told me that Angler Air would be contacting us to schedule an appointment. On Friday Angler Air called and scheduled the appointment for Monday. They arrived during the scheduled window and started doing mechanical processes and diagnostics while explaining to me exactly what was being done and why. The technician showed me the difference between the actual and expected results on the gauge operations and reported that the scroll compressor needed to be replaced. AHS had already sent an email asking about the status of the service from Angler Air. I replied that parts were needed. Angler Air called us after the part was ordered and told us that they would call us as soon as it was in and schedule the installation. The following Thursday, Angler Air installed the scroll compressor and everything worked as planned. Please see the other AHS stories that I have posted."
