I needed a range hood installed on a tile wall. 4 other contractors looked at it and turned it down. One wanted me to sign a three page release if he broke the tile. Alvise was amazing. He explained everything to me about why it might be difficult. He had to get special tools but promptly returned the next day and did beautiful work. Their attitude was amazing as was their professionalism.

Easy to schedule, called 15 minutes before arriving on time, removed two outdoor fan/lights that were installed incorrectly, replaced the electrical boxes which were inadequate, and reinstalled the ceiling fans. Cost for both time and materials were within the range I expected. Outstanding service, I would highly recommend this company.

In spite of a scheduling mix up, Alvis Electrical made sure someone showed up with 30 minutes of my call. The two young men who came were friendly, polite and efficient. They made sure I was satisfied with the work done before they left. The price was very reasonable. I will definitely use this company again.

They installed a ceiling fan. I noticed when the journeyman left that didn't entirely cover the hole where the previous fan was; this is why I gave them a 4.0. They didn't arrive on time, but I was impressed because the office calling me and told me they were running late. I really appreciated that!!!!!!!!!

As an Electrical company we would only install the ceiling fan and or light fixtures that the customers purchase and hook up any of the electrical parts required to have it working, and do attempt to have it line up as much as possible. We, as an electrical company, do not specialize in drywall, therefor we would not cover up any existing hole that the ceiling fan did not cover. We can always refer you to a company that is licensed to come out and do the dry wall for you to cover the existing hole or you can also look into a different ceiling fan that would fit exactly to the old one. Please reach out to us if you would like some contact information for those contractors! We greatly appreciate your business and value your feedback."
