He navigated health issues on my part which restricted when/how the home could be shown and other challenges including the buyers' initial financing falling through at the last minute. That ended up delaying, but not preventing, closing the transaction. Multiple times he called on contacts he has developed who could get whatever needed to be done taken care of promptly.
