need of repair when delivered. Called several times to address problems.
Person we spoke with to arrange for the repairs to be made had a very
bad attitude and poor customer service skills. Took almost four months
to complete repairs, because they would only come when there was other
business in this area to tend to as the home dealer is 200 miles away.
The money we spent with their company
seemed to be of no value at all. Had to turn them in to the Better
Business Bureau just to get them to come and fix problems. Will never
recommend them or purchase from them again!!!
