"We are one of a handful of new construction purchases (within the last year). During the build process, they were great to work with. Once we closed, all that changed. We have to run space heaters during the winter months (a brand new home) due to the design of the ductwork and Sussex wouldn't lift a finger, we have flooding at the entrance to our property, and once again, Sussex did nothing. We had fixtures in the wrong place, and some were not what we ordered at all, and guess what? they did nothing!!.. As we began to speak with others in the community, we learned of a horrible reputation throughout Helena, as well as, a horrible place to be employed. All in all, stay away from Suxxit construction at all costs. Money is their motivation, not happy families"

We have a greenhouse/nursery business where we grow our perennials, annuals, and nursery stock. All of our landscape jobs are created under the direct supervision of the owners. In the summer SWi typically has 12-15 employees and 4-5 crews to ensure the best customer service experience from prompt estimates to on-time installations. Almost all work is self performed so that we can better control the schedule and quality. Typically we collect a deposit at contract acceptance and the remainder at completion. Payment can be made with credit cards but an additional fee will be charged. Cash and checks are always free.
