We bought a new Speed Queen top loading washing machine that is highly rated online. A bit pricey but has a 3 year warrantee that covers everything. They installed washer next day after purchase and hauled my old washer out at no cost since we live in Laurel, MT, which is where RN Appliance is located. Very friendly and professional, took care to install washer properly, and I'm just extremely pleased with his service; that includes Tom at the office and Ron's assistant in the field. I called them from the other business and asked if someone could come over and take a look at my car. The technician was very nice and said they normally don't do that but he did come over in approx. 15 minutes. He could not get my car started and said it would need to be towed to their business for diagnostics. I asked if he would give me a ride back to their business and he did, saying they don't have insurance for customers to be in their work vehicles. They ordered a tow truck from a local service provider which did eventually tow my car to the service center. During the wait for the tow truck to arrive, my blood sugar dropped. I asked if someone could get me home quickly but the younger technician became exasperated with me and said they aren't covered by insurance for that. I found that odd since in the past, they have given me a ride home AND picked me up during previous use of their services. I finally said I REALLY needed to get home due to symptoms worsening, and this young man stomped his feet, looked disgusted with me, loudly dropped the tool he was using on another car they were working on, and took me home (4 blocks away). It was snowy and icy that day and he deliberately spun his tires, driving angrily, taking turns too fast and letting his car slide wildly all over the side streets. When they called me later that afternoon to say the car was ready, they refused to come get me. I had to ride my bicycle down there to get the car, something difficult for me with my physical disabilities and poor balance. I asked if I could leave my bike there, drive my car home, and return the next morning with my son and the cash for the entire bill. I was allowed to do this. Next day I had my 19-year-old son with me and we returned. The 2 technicians (the nice one who came to get me previously where my car died and the young man who was visibly rude and disgusted with me) were both there. They saw me pull up with my son and the young one looked surprised to see us. When I said we were there for the bike and to pay the entire bill, he came into the office with us, handed us a bill for fuel pump replacement with an attached smaller bill for the tow service. We paid the entire bill in cash, got the receipt, and my son rode my bike home while I drove the car. A few days later, the station owner called me and said I needed to pay the towing bill. When I said we paid that when we paid the fuel pump bill, he said he couldn't see where we paid it. I went down there in person with my receipt and showed it to him, saying my son would also gladly come in and verify we paid both bills in cash. I then told him about the awful behavior of the younger man towards me. He was mortified and said he's heard other complaints about this guy. I don't know if this young man was fired but Mike apologized profusely about the entire incident. I haven't been back there since but would consider using them again if I don't have to deal with that young man if he's still working there. I must emphasize that this business has provided me good service in prior years and the station owner is very approachable and professional and takes pride in his business. It only takes one bad employee to ruin things and the owner can't take action if he doesn't know about that, which is why I spoke up. The owner was not at his station the 2 days I was there. Of note, we took my car to a large Billings service center a week after this for an oil and lube special they had. When they put my car up on the lift, we were told there was a hole in the automatic steering fluid line and a torn left front boot cover. I find it odd that these things weren't noticed by Laurel Service Center when they had the car the week before, but we paid to have it fixed in Billings. I can't prove this angry young man did this damage but I do find it coincidentally curious."},"url":"https://www.angi.com/companylist/us/mt/laurel/laurel-exxon-servicenter-reviews-8004679.htm"},"position":9},{"@type":"ListItem","item":{"@type":"LocalBusiness","name":"BMR Construction","address":{"@type":"PostalAddress","addressRegion":"MT","addressCountry":"US"},"review":{"@type":"Review","author":{"@type":"Person","name":"Julie H."},"reviewBody":"After a slow start, and then some delays with rain, the job was done with no problems. I had several negative drainage issues, and Bob was helpful in explaining and then correcting them. I decided to have him do a little more work, adding the patio to fix a problem I wouldn't have known about if he hadn't told me. I was most impressed that he stayed true to his estimate, since I have had bad experiences in the past with the cost always going over when dealing with other people. I liked his \"pay as we go,\" idea, where I paid him for each individual portion of the job, as it was done. He was very professional and courteous and I would definitely use him again, and highly recommend him for any concrete work."},"url":"https://www.angi.com/companylist/us/mt/park-city/bmr-construction-reviews-6305021.htm"},"position":10}]}

We hired Text Book construction to do our fence and some work on our front patio. We gave them $5,600. They ripped our old fence down & never came back. This was in March. They gave us lots of empty promises they were coming on this day or that day, but still here we are with no fence....
Mr Hiebert (CJ) was highly recommended by his mother, a friend for several years, as a builder who was available to replace siding on my tornado damaged house in Baker, MT. I paid him to drive there and give me a quote. Two walls needed to be done. He quoted $5500 for one, or $7500 for both....
As I noted in the description, Seder's has been great for me. They are on time, come in as bid, with no surprises. Best of all, they strive to keep it simple, but have the ability and equipment to cover complicated jobs as well. In the cost of service I noted, that was for the last job I had...
The plumber was very professional and friendly. He got to my house when he said he would. Kept a clean work area. The plumber brought blankets and tarps to cover the carpet to prevent the carpet from getting dirty when he removed the old water heater. I am very satified with the work he did....

FAQs for patio cover service projects in Park City, MT
While the terms deck and porch are often used interchangeably, they are two distinct home features. Porches offer a roof that protects from the elements when coming and going from the house. Generally, porches are on the front of your home. On the other hand, decks are generally built in the backyard of a home and offer no roof or protection from the elements, like rain or snow. Porches typically require less maintenance and upkeep thanks to the roof, but both features require regular cleaning and repairs to maintain good condition.
The cost of an awning is $1,400 to $4,400 on average. However, this cost could be as low as $100 or as high as $7,500, depending on a few factors. The type of awning you choose, the size you need, and your location all affect your overall cost.
For example, portable awnings you can put up and take down yourself range from $100 to $400, whereas motorized awnings are more luxurious and cost between $2,000 and $3,500.
The cost to build a deck is $8,025 on average. However, this cost can range anywhere from $1,500 to $22,000, depending on multiple factors, such as size, materials, and deck type. You can expect to pay $30 to $60 per square foot when building a new deck.
Cedar decks are often the most cost-effective option, ranging from $4 to $9per square foot for materials. However, pressure-treated decking, which is resistant to rot, is more expensive, ranging from $15 to $25 per square foot for materials.
Awnings are either fixed or retractable and can be paired with a variety of cover materials. Fixed awnings are a permanent outdoor feature of a building. These are highly durable and require ongoing maintenance. Once installed, the position of this awning cannot be changed.
Retractable awnings are more popular than fixed awnings since the cover can open and close. This allows homeowners to open and close the awning, depending on the weather. When not in use, it can be closed to allow for extra space.
Besides the type of awning, you’ll need to choose the type of cover. Your awning installation professional will review your options with you, including availability and costs. The types of covers you can choose from include:
Wood, which is durable but can be damaged easily by rainwater and fire
Cotton offers flexibility, weatherproofing, and easy cleaning
Canvas is highly durable and is a good choice for retractable awnings
Metal is sturdy but is prone to rust
Polyester is easy to clean and is a more breathable option
Polycarbonate is highly resistant to UV rays and is difficult to damage
