They removed what they safely could of the moss, removed the debris from the gutters and applied the moss solution. They will be back in 30 days, weather permitting, to remove the remainder of the moss. They charged me half of the quote and I can pay the remainder amount when they come back. They were thorough, explained things well and were hard working and courteous. I would hire them again. Pleasant to deal with."

Had to call back to have them screw my vent covers back on and clean an intake that was not completed during time of service. Owner came back and completed the job, I have found 3 sets of screws since for my vent covers in random places which did not make me happy since I have a toddler at home. First time I have had my vents cleaned where they only used a vacuum and not the round brush to loosen and clean everything on the sides. Overall the work left me feeling over charged and annoyed that I have to complete the job I paid for."
