"I hired Shawn for some basic repairs (replacing exhaust fan, fixing molding, door repair, etc.) and he did an excellent job. Based on his expertise, pricing and quality of work I had him replace the flooring in my rental. He did an excellent job. "He designed and built a deck, it is absolutely fabulous. It is a covered deck with a pitched roof. We have had people stop and ask who built it. We own some rental units, we had him paint one and the other was a cedar siding house that he sealed. He is a true perfectionist and does great work."
