Ted is extremely customer conscious. He goes out of his way to think creatively to help save money on materials without sacrificing quality. Corners are never cut and he pays extreme attention to oft-overlooked details like flashing, plumb-ness of walls, and level-ness of floors. He provides detailed estimates, is transparent with pricing, and is significantly cheaper than most other contractors.
