"I recently had 5 windows replaced. I believe it was almost 4 months from measurement, build and install. A crew of 3 guys checked out their work areas, then started laying out flooring protection and got to work. the 5 windows took roughly 7 hrs from showing up to leaving. They vacuumed the rooms they worked in and cleaned up thoroughly The windows are beautiful. The screens are barely visible. I only replaced my worst windows. You could barely see thru them. I'm very happy with the product and the installers."

"If i could give them a negative it would. This company was dishonest from the very beginning. Example : THIRD installer that came to fix the mess the first two made, stated to my husband, it looks like someone watched a UTube video and then tried to install windows and that they are all going to have to come out. this was the 3rd installer. .. this guy was suppose to have 40 years experience... the windows were never replaced or repaired. this has been a fiasco from the beginning. We finally had to cut our losses and ask for a discount and try and find another company to come in a fix the mess the YHIC made. We were offered a $500 discount IF we signed a document stating we would not slander them on line or file a negative complain with the better business bureau. We told them to forget it we would pay in full and thanked the project manager for his time and showed him to the door. This company is dishonest and no trustworthy. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. "
